School Holiday Programs
Questacon's management has made the difficult decision to suspend operation of our school holiday and birthday party programs.
We acknowledge that this will be an unpopular decision for many of our members and visitors and also staff who take pride in the delivery of these programs. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Questacon has been providing these quality programs and services for a number of years however, due to budget restrictions, we have had to narrow our focus to ensure maintenance of a high quality Centre visitor experience.
A decision on the long term future (after 2008-2009) of the programs will be taken based on a comprehensive review of these programs and other science communication priorities.
